It's the first prototype of my dream city builder.
WSAD - Camera movement
Objectives (for now):
Try to reach as max population as possible.
Population increase:
When new day begins and requirements are met the population will increase by number of empty houses
Requirements:
-food need at 70% or higher.
-available empty houses
Needs system:
- Each citizen will have to perform task to fulfill their needs.
- Each need is shown as a % number of how many citizens achieved its need today
- When citizen eployed he will try to fullfill them only at free time.
- Food need is provided at camfire with cost of 1 food.
Logistic system:
- Unemployed citizens will move resources at work time
- The resource movment is calculated by % of fillment not proximity
Gatherers:
- Gather resources only in adjacent tiles
- Resources will increse in each map resource node at begingn of the day:
- Food + 3 per day
- Wood + 1 per day
Warnings:
start the game with building wood gatherer and wait until its placed otherwise there will appear hardlock.
Long term i want to make a complex citizen strata simulation with sci-fi twist. I will try to update project at least once a month so if you like it just come back later to see new updates :D
